Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Pay: $17$19/hour DOE
Shift: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Location: Pryor Oklahoma
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
Were hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Pryor OK. In this role youll be responsible for operating CNC lathe/mill machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent weekday hours and room for growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a CNC Machine Operator your daily tasks will include:
Set up CNC machines (selecting tools loading programs adjusting offsets)
Follow setup sheets to determine machining procedures and sequences
Install and adjust chucks collets tools gears and attachments
Load and unload workpieces manually or with a hoist
Input and adjust machine commands (speed feed coolant flow)
Monitor operations and report any machine or process errors
Measure and inspect first-run and sample parts for quality and accuracy
Perform machining tasks such as drilling grooving and turning
Interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with intermediate CNC operations using blueprints and procedures
Familiarity with G-Codes and M-Codes
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Knowledge of CNC machinery and basic tools
Computer literacy related to CNC operations and office software
Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written
