Job Description

A leading FMCG industry is looking for Operations Executive Online to manage and coordinate e-commerce operations for our FMCG business. The role involves handling order processing inventory management vendor coordination and ensuring seamless last-mile delivery for online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management

    • Process daily online orders from company website and marketplace platforms (Amazon Flipkart BigBasket etc.).

    • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

    • Monitor order fulfillment status and address delays or issues promptly.

  • Inventory & Stock Management

    • Track inventory levels for online platforms and coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams.

    • Update stock availability on all e-commerce portals.

  • Vendor & Platform Coordination

    • Liaise with marketplace account managers for promotions listings and issue resolutions.

    • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

  • Operational Efficiency

    • Maintain accurate data for invoices returns and refunds.

    • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

  • Customer Support & Feedback Handling

    • Coordinate with customer service to resolve online customer complaints and queries related to orders.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and FMCG supply chain.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and e-commerce dashboards.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with marketplace operations (Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub etc.) is an added advantage.



Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field.

  • 1 3 years of experience in e-commerce or operations preferably in FMCG or retail sector.
