You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant to support a client in the North East operating within an ITAR-compliant environment using Epicor Kinetic in the Government Cloud. This part-time role is remote with periodic travel to the client site as needed.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Epicor Kinetic with a focus on scheduling quality job management and user support. Experience working with BAQs BPMs and dashboards is essential. Engineering module familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Support operations and production teams with scheduling quality and job-related processes
Develop and maintain BAQs BPMs and dashboards to enhance system functionality
Train and support end users ensuring effective use of the system
Document workflows and assist with system configuration based on business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Epicor Kinetic
Travel to the client site for training project meetings or system reviews as required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Epicor ERP including Epicor Kinetic
Experience working in ITAR-compliant environments and Government Cloud hosting
Functional knowledge of scheduling quality and job modules
Proficiency with BAQs BPMs and dashboards
Ability to deliver user training and support remotely and onsite
Familiarity with the engineering module is a plus
U.S. citizenship is required due to ITAR compliance
Location: Remote North East preferred (with travel as needed)
Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) open-ended contract
