Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Program Coordinator Academia Relations to support the planning coordination and execution of institutional engagement initiatives. The role involves managing communication with academic institutions facilitating program delivery and ensuring smooth execution of activities related to campus engagement recruitment drives and academic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of academic partnership programs across colleges and universities.
Coordinate campus outreach initiatives placement drives faculty engagement and student-focused programs.
Act as the liaison between internal teams and academic institutions to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Maintain communication and documentation related to MoUs partnership updates and program reports.
Track and monitor program performance maintain partner databases and prepare progress reports.
Ensure alignment of academic programs with internal goals and industry expectations.
Handle scheduling logistics and reporting for ongoing academic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Education Management or related field (Masters preferred).
2 3 years of experience in academic coordination institutional partnerships or campus program execution.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including faculty students and industry partners.
Proficient in MS Office Google Workspace and basic project management tools.
Willingness to travel to academic institutions as needed.
