Job Summary
Our client a leading Online Casino Gaming company is seeking a Marketing Analyst Manager to join their vibrant Malta office. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact by shaping how data drives marketing strategy in a fast-paced international environment.

What youll do:
Develop and optimize multi-touch and data-driven attribution models
Build and manage automated dashboards for real-time marketing performance tracking
Conduct ROI and budget analysis across digital and offline channels
Lead marketing mix modeling and incrementality tests to measure true campaign impact
Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation and campaign optimization
Analyze creative performance to enhance engagement and conversions
Ensure data integrity and proper tracking across all marketing platforms
Collaborate with marketing operations and data engineering teams for seamless data integration
What you bring:
35 years in marketing analytics data or eCommerce performance roles
Deep understanding of attribution models and digital marketing KPIs
Hands-on experience with Power BI Tableau or equivalent visualization tools
Strong grasp of marketing metrics ROAS CAC CLTV payback period
Skilled with Google Ads Meta GA4 and AppsFlyer
Experience in statistical modeling A/B testing and uplift measurement
Knowledge of affiliate marketing analytics and offline campaign evaluation
