Our Corporate Affairs team is hiring two Associate roles. One role in the CEO Communications and Firmwide Engagement workstream and the other in the Corporate and Enabling Functions workstream. Both roles will join our tech-forward people-powered network of more than 370000 people across 149 countries. These roles will suit individuals early in their careers who are seeking to learn and grow alongside a world-class integrated communications team.
Corporate Affairs leads the internal and external communications strategy for PwC Australia. Our team is multidisciplinary agile and highly-collaborative. Our deep partnerships across the firm inform our people forge connections and drive engagement. We all have different roles but we know some of the most satisfying wins come from rolling up your sleeves and getting on with it together.
For both positions your responsibilities will include:
Supporting internal communications including leadership notes webcasts partner sessions videos and town halls.
Supporting management of key communications channels owned by CA including Viva Engage and SharePoint intranet sites.
Leading the collection and reporting of key metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Creating visual communications including slides images and video content to support engaging digital communications.
Managing essential administrative functions for the Corporate Affairs team including planning and coordination of major internal events and maintaining the team calendar to ensure all activities are accurately tracked.
You will make an impact by:
Engaging and advising stakeholders across the firm
Connecting your work with PwC Australias strategy and our purpose and always reflecting our cultural ambitions
Supporting the creation and execution of strategic internal communications campaigns that engage our people and partners through authentic storytelling that inspires action
Exercising strong judgment and decision-making in managing sensitive issues
Measuring and analysing the impact of your output to ensure initiatives are fit-for-purpose and serve our people and complex stakeholder groups
Being a champion for the Corporate Affairs team and working collaboratively to drive cross-function initiatives.
More About You:
Strong content creation writing and communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team
A strategic thinker with the ability to lead work and deliver quality outcomes in line with role expectations
Agile and willing to lean into new challenges
Results oriented with strong project management skills
Able to develop relationships quickly influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders
Adaptable and keen to support your colleagues willing to jump in where needed and share knowledge
A professional who loves collaboration appreciates constructive challenges and approaches work with curiosity
Some experience (1-2 years) in corporate affairs communications change news PR or marketing and a bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing business or related field.
