ssur Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and passionateCustomer Care Representativeto join our team in North Parramatta NSW. This permanent full-time position offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward for a customer-focused individual.

As the successful candidate your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers in a professional and timely manner via phone and email
Processing orders and returns including tasks such as picking packing scanning shipping and invoicing
Providing support to the sales and clinical teams including handling inquiries and assisting with territory- related needs
Participating in monthly stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records
Identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer retention
Were looking for someone who may bring some or all of the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
A customer-focused mindset when engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and Business Central software is advantageous but not essential
