About the Role
We re hiring a Residential HVAC Technician who s ready to grow with a company that truly invests in its people. You ll work on a range of systems heat pumps gas furnaces boilers and refrigeration across residential homes. This is a full-time year-round opportunity with a stable rotating on-call schedule (currently every other week). As more techs join the frequency will decrease.

What You ll Do
- Diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Service heat pumps gas furnaces boilers and refrigeration systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions
- Maintain clean workspaces and company vehicle
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs
Requirements
- Valid Driver s License
- Clean driving record (or able to pass company vehicle screening)
- Clear criminal background (no disqualifying offenses)
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
