Job Description
For the Sr. HR Generalist a 4-year degree is now a requirement.
5 years HR experience with significant emphasis in investigations and employee relations
Proficient in policies practices and procedures of internal investigations
Works well independently and with minimal supervision
Bachelors Degree required
All duties required of a Sr. HR Generalist
Preferred:
HR Certifications preferred (PHR SHRM-SCP)
Manufacturing background - heavy equipment industrial or distribution.
