Key Responsibilities:

CMO Identification & Evaluation
-
Identify and commercialize Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) based on business needs.
-
Perform assessments of identified CMOs in coordination with the Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) team.

Information & Audit Coordination
-
Ensure timely receipt of product-related information from CMOs.
-
Organize or participate in technical audits and ensure compliance with observations/findings.
-

Commercial & Technical Management
-
Negotiate commercial terms with CMOs to secure competitive pricing.
-
Ensure commercial and technical agreements are in place and renewed periodically.
-
Manage technology transfers to new CMOs when applicable.
-

Production & Delivery Oversight
-
Ensure timely delivery of products from CMOs as per production schedules.
-
Establish production systems and productivity norms at CMOs.
-
Coordinate with the distribution team for finished goods stock review and production planning post stock closure.

Quality & Compliance
-
Conduct periodic quality audits at CMOs with QA support.
-
Analyze market complaints related to CMO-manufactured products.
-
Respond to regulatory authority queries regarding CMO products.
-

Documentation & Support
-
Support export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
-
Prepare 3-month rolling production plans in coordination with Admin Marketing & Distribution teams.

Maintain minimum required inventory levels at all times.
-

Costing & Forecasting
-
Prepare costings for new products and revise pricing of existing products.
-
Coordinate with CMOs for forecasts costing order follow-up and delivery management.

New Product & Packaging Development
-
Engage in new product development in coordination with CMOs.
-
Address clinical trial requirements as needed.
-
Develop packaging solutions as required.

Communication & Relationship Management
-
Maintain strong business relationships with current and new CMO partners.
-
Attend and manage export-related product inquiries from CMOs.

Continuous Learning
-
Stay updated with industry developments and apply relevant knowledge and practices proactively.
