Payroll Manager:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee information into HRMS and other internal systems
Maintain up-to-date employee lifecycle records (Onboarding Transfers Promotions Terminations and more).
Create and maintain SOPs to enhance current practices.
Conduct periodic audits and data validation to ensure integrity and consistency of employee data.
Maintain secure and organized employee records including personal details salary and PLI details and more.
Ensure all HR data processes comply with applicable labour laws data protection regulations and internal policies.
Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management reviews and compliance audits.
Manage weekly reconciliation to ensure system alignment.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal stakeholder and employee queries related to HR processes policies and systems.
Identify and suggest opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.
