Company Overview
We are a new and innovative connected TV operating system challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.
About the role
Were looking for a highly skilled Ads Marketing Communication Manager to lead and execute advertising-focused communications that elevate our profile across the digital advertising ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on translating product capabilities into compelling marketing narratives producing high-impact sales collateral and driving B2B brand awareness among advertisers agencies and demand-side partners.
You will own all advertising-related messaging across PR industry events and sales and marketing touchpoints ensuring our advertising solutions are clearly positioned well understood and effectively sold in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising Communications Leadership:
- Develop and own the external communication strategy for our advertising products and capabilities.
- Craft clear compelling narratives that differentiate our ad platform and highlight value to buyers brands and agencies.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all advertising-related PR sales enablement and event communications.
Sales Enablement & Content Development:
- Create tailored sales decks one-pagers product sheets and case studies for the ad sales team owning both messaging and hands-on production.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and product marketing teams to ensure materials are aligned with positioning and product updates.
- Develop internal toolkits to support regional and partner-level go-to-market efforts.
Advertising PR & Media Relations:
- Lead PR initiatives specific to advertising including new product launches ad tech partnerships and advertiser case stories.
- Manage external PR agencies to deliver media coverage and trade visibility for our advertising business.
- Draft and coordinate advertising-related press releases executive communications and media quotes.
Trade & Industry Marketing:
- Define and execute our advertising industry presence at major events (e.g. Cannes Lions IAB DMEXCO Connected TV summits).
- Develop messaging and content for speaking engagements panels booths and executive keynotesensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Manage end-to-end event planning including logistics creative production and follow-up reporting tied to awareness and lead generation KPIs.
Thought Leadership & Brand Awareness:
- Position our company and its leaders as trusted authorities in the advertising and connected TV ecosystem.
- Secure speaking engagements interviews and bylined articles that reinforce our ad market leadership.
- Monitor advertising industry trends and competitor messaging to continuously refine our strategic communications.
What You Bring
- 5 years in marketing communications or advertising marketing roles with a strong B2B focus.
- Deep experience in digital advertising preferably within connected TV streaming or ad tech environments.
- Proven success supporting ad sales teams with strategic storytelling hands-on content creation and field enablement.
- Strong understanding of the advertising buyer landscapeagencies brands DSPs and platform partnerships.
- Hands-on execution skills in building marketing materials (particularly pitch decks) and managing event activations.
- Experience managing PR agencies and delivering advertising-specific media strategies and coverage.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skillsable to distill technical or product content into persuasive high-impact materials.
- Excellent project management skillsable to manage multiple initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
