Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing the team and ensuring a positive atmosphere in the restaurant
- Training motivating and building the team
- Planning analysing and controlling labour costs
- Ensuring the highest quality of service to our guests
- Taking care of the highest quality of products served
- Taking an active part in achieving the set monthly goals of the restaurant
- Developing the team and providing support at the workstations
Requirements for Candidate
- Experience in managing recruiting and motivating a team on your own projects
- Experience in planning analysing and controlling labour costs
- Learning mindset and continuous professional and personal development
- Positive attitude towards achieving tasks and sales goals
- Flexibility and openness to change
