This role is within the Sales department of a leading company in the FMCG industry. The Territory Sales Officer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and market share within their assigned territory.

Position description / Job description

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary) in terms of Value and Units of Business (UoB).
  • Ensure product line availability across retail and distributor networks.
  • Execute efficient beat planning to maximize territory coverage.
  • Drive secondary sales through effective order generation from retailers.
  • Maintain 100% secondary billing compliance.
  • Collaborate with distributors for smooth order processing and inventory management.
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing retailers and collect market feedback.

Requirements

Were looking for you if:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales from reputable companies.
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of secondary sales and billing cycles.
  • You have excellent territory management expertise and market acumen.
  • You are proficient in sales reporting tools and mobile applications.
  • You have completed Intermediate education (102).
  • You are fluent in the local language with basic English skills.
  • You possess a valid drivers license and own a two-wheeler.
