Main Duties:
- Respond to group-related enquiries and prepare tailored quotations and agreements.
- Manage group bookings from start to finish ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor payment schedules deposits and cancellations in line with company policy.
- Ensure the billing folio aligns accurately with initial quotations and agreements.
- Organize and maintain clear and structured records of all group communications.
- Guarantee a high level of client satisfaction while applying the hotels operational standards.
- Provide assistance during group events and ensure smooth service delivery.
What skills do you need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
- An enthusiastic and sales-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Maltese is a bonus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
