Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years total experience (At least 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer)
- Must have experience in handling Sales Campaign
- Tools: Salesforce PPT Coaching & Mentoring Microsoft Office
- New Hire classes: Training delivery Individual and Co-facilitation Reporting
- Non-New Hire: Floor support Coaching Training Needs Analysis / Training Needs Information Work with Quality and Ops Calibrations
Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys interviews and performance analysis.
- Curriculum Development: Design and create training materials including presentations handouts and online resources.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars using various methods.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance monitoring.
- One-on-One Coaching: Provide individualized guidance and support to employees.
