Job Description
Role: Cloud Network Engineer.
Location: Brampton ON (Hybrid).
Duration: Long Term Contract.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Senior Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in public cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on AWS/GCP networking.
- 5 years experience with large-scale hybrid network implementations including Direct Connect VPN Transit Gateway etc.
- Strong knowledge maintaining security guardrails at scale across AWS Organizations Control Tower and Identity Center.
- Strong experience with automating IAM operations using IAC (Terraform/CloudFormation) implementing automated access reviews using AWS IAM Access Analyzer and building self-service access management solutions using AWS Lambda and Step Functions will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Network Firewall/DNS Firewall/Firewall Manager will be a plus.
- Ability to optimize cloud resources to minimize costs while meeting performance and scalability requirements. Understanding of cloud pricing models and cost management tools is essential.
