Job Description
Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Industrial Engineer.
In this role you will be launching new product line or modification process research & development (welding assembly system etc.)
If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Calculate investment cost
- Define schedule and follow up
- Write technical specifications
- Define criteria of technical acceptance
- Suppliers management and coordinate different department
- Cross-disciplinary multidisciplinary management
- Ensure the smooth running between the different department
- Lead the design validation and lead all technical acceptance
- Manage problems that arise during the progress of the project
- Communicate project objectives to all team members involved
- Formalize and update documentations: BOM PFMEA Acceptance test Process parameters
- Train people and also process member in project team.
and if you have/are:
- Technical University degree
- English and French fluency
- Good Project Management skills and PFMEA Proces
- Knowledge of injection molding tools & machines
- Good knowledge of Mechanics and Pneumatics vision systems and statistics.
- Define over molding process and parameter for a new product
- Knowledge of automated production systems
- Experience in technical reception of special machines commissioning and series start-up.
- At least 3 years experience in industrialization. and method if possible in the automotive sector
- Experience in working with PLM Minitab PWA and Open Project
