Job Description
The Franklin Public Schools a Prek-12 district is seeking a skilled and experienced education support professional to work in the kindergarten classrooms at Lincoln Street K-2 Elementary School. The assistant will provide support to students in the general education classrooms. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Reinforce lessons by reviewing material one-on-one and in small groups with studentsAssist students who need additional help learning a specific conceptMonitor and coach students throughout the day and across environmentsCollect dataWork collaboratively with team of kindergarten teachers Qualifications:Associate degree or higher or ParaPro Certification preferredExperience in public school settingExperience working with children Able to take initiative and work independently
