Role Overview:
- Seeking a skilled Computer Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support system administration and network assistance for the Client.
- This position ensures the reliability security and performance of IT systems and supports daily operations under the direction of the IT Systems Manager.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure test and maintain computers software and networked systems
- Provide first-level customer support: troubleshooting training and user assistance
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support hardware lifecycle management
- Support system and network security compliance (confidentiality integrity availability)
- Assist with intranet/internet content updates and web page maintenance
- Help coordinate and maintain litigation support and case management systems
- Contribute to technical documentation and performance tuning as needed
Technical Environment:
- Windows desktops/laptops
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Web-based and case management systems
- Wireless and handheld devices
- Local Area Network (LAN)
Requirements:
- Successfully completed post-high school education
- Proven IT support experience (installation troubleshooting customer support)
- Familiarity with system security practices database management and network tools
- Ability to apply advanced problem-solving in high-security environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
