Application Support Engineer :
We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our organisation's software applications. The ideal candidate will efficiently troubleshoot issues coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and ensure high-quality user experience and application performance
Collaborate closely with end-users to understand issues gather information and provide effective solutions.
2 years of experience in application support or a related IT role.
Familiarity with software application management and support processes.
Knowledge of SQL or databases to perform basic queries and troubleshooting.
