We are currently seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support to join Radiant Auto Detailing a leading automotive company. As a Help Desk Support you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This position is vital in ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT-related issues promptly. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our IT infrastructure and user experience making this role essential for the companys success in the digital age.

As a Help Desk Support at Radiant Auto Detailing you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems assisting users with technical issues and maintaining documentation of IT processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your technical skills customer service abilities and contribute to the growth of a dynamic automotive company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone email or remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
