Job Description:
Handle customer queries via phone professionally and efficiently
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records of interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
