Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our U.S. Solutions Team and play a critical role in defining and delivering best-in-class software solutions for the U.S. audit and assurance market. Based in Toronto you will own product initiatives that serve the needs of U.S. accounting and audit professionals shaping functionality that enables efficiency accuracy and compliance.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product Engineering Services and Customer Success to translate market needs and client feedback into actionable product strategies. You will manage the full product lifecyclefrom discovery and definition to delivery and adoption. Knowledge of the audit or assurance domain is a strong asset but not required.

What you will be doing:
- Define product requirements and roadmaps for U.S.-specific features and capabilities.
- Conduct discovery efforts including market research user interviews competitive analysis and stakeholder input.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Work closely with delivery and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and value delivery.
- Champion the voice of U.S. customers throughout the product development process.
- Monitor product adoption and feedback iterating quickly and strategically based on insights.
- Ensure all releases meet user experience compliance and performance standards aligned with Casewares brand and quality expectations.
What you will bring:
- 7 years of experience in product management preferably in SaaS cloud software or enterprise B2B environments.
- Domain knowledge in audit assurance or accounting (especially in the U.S. regulatory context) or experience in other highly regulated professions / industries.
- Proven ability to translate market requirements into high-impact product solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Aha! Product board or similar.
- Ability to balance technical understanding with strategic thinking and user empathy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams or U.S.-based clients.
- CPA designation or background in financial services.
