Tester -Sales / Senior Tester -Sales
Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a dedicated - Sales Tester to join our dynamic team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our - Sales systems.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for - Sales CRM - MS 365 applications.
Perform functional and regression testing on - Sales CRM - MS 365 systems.
Identify document and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Validate pricing configuration and quoting functionalities to ensure accuracy and compliance with business rules.
Participate in test automation efforts and contribute to the development of automated test scripts.
Provide regular status updates and reports on testing activities and results.
Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
Sales relevant experience.
Strong understanding of - Sales processes and tools (e.g. Sales - CRMforce - Sales Sales CRM - MS 365).
Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail ADO).
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages would be a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Bachelors degree in Computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in - Sales systems (e.g. Sales CRM - MS 365 - Sales Specialist).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
