Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment payroll compliance (PF ESIC labour laws) and attendance.
- Develop HR policies SOPs and enforce discipline. - Coordinate training staff welfare and handle grievances. - Oversee performance management and exit procedures. - Maintain documentation and MIS reports. - Liaise with the government for labour and compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. - Strong knowledge of labour laws and multi-site HR operations. - Willing to travel to project sites.
