Job Description

The Managing Director of Human Resources will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for building and executing a comprehensive Human Resources strategy. This role oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle including employee relations talent management (acquisition and development) total rewards (payroll and benefits) employee engagement and organizational culture. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in people leadership within financial services or private equity environments and thrives in a fast-paced high-accountability culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Human Resources function including HR operations payroll benefits talent acquisition learning and development and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement scalable people strategies that align with the firms growth objectives and investment philosophy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape a high-performance inclusive culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness equity and compliance.
  • Drive leadership development succession planning and performance enablement across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Own relationships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) ensuring service quality compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate periodically with Apollo Global Management executives about HR strategy and align ownership expectations and broader organizational objectives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of Human Resources initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Human Resources team fostering collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
  • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources or people operations ideally within private equity asset management or financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead through complexity and scale people operations in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of compensation strategy benefits design and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS payroll systems and people analytics tools.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
