Responsibilities:
Identify plan and deliver sourcing initiatives
Reduce cost of existing or proposed sourced solutions through robust application of demand management cost control mechanisms aggregation/disaggregation of spend and best in class negotiations.
Manage multiple contracts ensuring timely renewals effective stakeholder management governance issues resolution risk management financial management change control and compliance.
Prepare and manage global and local tenders and procurement activities end-to-end.
Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate robust contracts with favourable terms and conditions
Develop and manage the evolution of contracts in order to meet changing business requirements and ensure that a value for money reliable effective service of optimum quality is provided.
Requirements:
Professional qualification in procurement IT or law would be an advantage
At least 2 years of procurement experience preferably with global responsibility Experience in ICT procurement role (preferably IT Services & Consultancy)
Strong organizational verbal communication and writing skills
Negotiation skills
Experienced in production of structured documentation
The ability to simultaneously manage a variety of versatile projects
Problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
Fluent in English language
