As an Specialist Client Services you will act as a vital bridge between our clients and internal teams supporting delivery execution client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure accurate documentation timely requisition handling compliance tracking CRM upkeep and consistent client engagement across the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Track requisitions submissions interviews and onboarding stages.
Assist in posting and updating roles in CRM/ATS systems.
Collect and manage candidate compliance documents and onboarding checklists.
Keep CRM and trackers updated with accurate data on roles contacts and activity.
Help onboard new clients and circulate internal SOPs and documentation.
Maintain client asset records and assist in asset return coordination.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports and review decks with clients and teams.
Proactively learn processes ask questions and grow into a client-facing role with mentorship.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in CRM tools preferably Zoho would be a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
A confident detail-oriented and curious mindset.
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and documentation processes.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of contract types (W2 C2C 1099) and U.S. staffing compliance is a plus
