IT Recruiter Fresher
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are interested in IT recruitment to join our recruitment team. This role involves sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions across domains like software development cloud data and ERP. As a fresher with a technical background you will receive structured training on recruitment processes tools and client handling enabling you to understand technical requirements and match the right talent. Strong communication learning agility and an interest in HR and technology are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies.
Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin.
Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Assess knowledge Communication skills aptitude and experience of the applicant.
Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
Requirements
Required Qualification: Must be a graduate in / BCA/ BE/ BSC
Freshers to 2 Years of Experience into IT Recruitment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Interested to make career into IT recruitment
Sound Technical Skills
Must be comfortable working under a target
Must be living within 5 to 7 kms nearby Somajiguda or can relocate nearby Somajiguda.
Must be living in Hyderabad currently.

Timings:
Day shift (9:30 AM 7:00 PM)
5 days Working (Saturday & Sunday off)
