We are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will support the product sales process from lead generation to post-sale follow-up ensuring clients receive top-tier service and that sales goals are met. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented organized and passionate about driving product success.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing and closing product sales
Coordinate product information and presentations for potential clients
Track sales activities and update customer databases
Prepare quotes proposals and order forms
Assist in organizing product displays demos and promotional campaigns
Monitor inventory and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on new leads
Assist with reporting and data analysis to evaluate product performance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in sales retail or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
