We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in content creation media outreach social media management and coordination of communication initiatives that align with our brand and business goals.
Assist in drafting and editing press releases newsletters blog posts and other communication materials.
Support the development and execution of communication campaigns.
Monitor media coverage and maintain media contact lists.
Help manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
Track and report communication metrics and campaign performance.
Provide administrative support to the communications team as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content management systems (e.g. Canva WordPress) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
