Job Description
Captura Hall is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to our growing success. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships organizing sales activities and maintaining accurate sales records. Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative support and daily operations
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports proposals and client files
Communicate with clients to schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries
Coordinate internal processes between the sales and marketing departments
Track sales targets and ensure timely updates and reporting
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Support the execution of sales campaigns and promotional events
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
12 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
