Signature Business AnalystWhat does a successful Signature Business Analyst do at FiservA successful Business Analyst- Signature at Fiserv drives initiatives for our core banking product Signature by working closely with project managers developers and business analysts. They ensure the delivery of customized and standard Signature solutions while managing issues and ad-hoc requests for our client. You will play a significant role in transforming banking operations and enhancing client satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Define and drive project requirements focusing on improving operations and processes.
- Communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure information is conveyed efficiently.
- Collaborate with dedicated and core teams to define requirements and solutions for complex banking issues.
- Coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore resources for identified projects.
- Resolve any problems and conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Foster collaboration within and across teams to achieve project success.
What you will need to have:
- 3 years of experience in cross-functional project management in large technical organizations.
- 3 years of experience on the Fiserv Signature core platform.
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and banking domain.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience working with Data Centers Disaster Recovery Conversions Implementations and client-facing organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to determine the impacts of service delivery for complex banking solutions.
- Excellent communication skills including written verbal C-Level and group presentations.

Salary Range
$96200.00 - $164900.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
