Job Description

Permanent Position: Business Development Manager Overview: ALL IN ONE Employment Services is a leading staffing and recruitment agency based in Miami FL. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand our client base - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match qualified candidates for client needs - Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors activities - Represent the company at networking events conferences and trade shows - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies - Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales activities and performance. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry - Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels - Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel for business purposes.
