How you will make an impact - Description of the Opportunity:
The Senior Workforce Development & Industry Partnerships Coordinator is a strategic convener and relationship coordinator responsible for fostering and sustaining partnerships with industry leaders chambers of commerce economic development corporations and educational institutions. This role leads cross-sector collaboration to align workforce development efforts with regional economic priorities and serves as the primary lead for the development and coordination of apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship initiatives. The Coordinator will build and support industry councils drive talent pipeline solutions and manage initiatives that address both immediate and future workforce needs and economic development through innovative scalable strategies and collaboration with other WSNCT units and staff.
