As a Workforce Consultant youll partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to design and deliver effective workforce solutions from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to workforce planning candidate experience and compliance.
This hands-on role will see you:
- Lead recruitment activities including job briefs screening interviews and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines and engage with local communities and industry groups.
- Use workforce data to inform hiring decisions and support operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve staffing challenges and drive performance.

What youll bring:
- 2 years experience in recruitment labour hire or workforce planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Operational recruitment experience (manufacturing or logistics ideal).
- High attention to compliance detail and workforce data.
