Amazons Ops Tech Solutions Supply Chain (OTS-SC) plans sources makes and delivers IT equipment necessary to empower YoY multi-billion dollar Amazons Worldwide Stores Business. OTS-SC responsibilities include Product Management Demand and Supply Planning Inventory Management Procurement Warehousing Transportation and Replacement and Disposal of IT equipment. Within OTS-SC the Product Data Management team is responsible for master data management across enterprise systems.
Amazon is seeking a passionate and results-driven Program Manager to join our team focusing on Enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM). In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to define build and scale the master data infrastructure that ensures data accuracy consistency and integrity across Amazons global IT operations. As a key contributor to the MDM strategy you will own end-to-end program lifecycle driving innovation and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the program roadmap for enterprise-level Master Data Management ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering data science and business teams to deliver robust MDM solutions that centralize and maintain accurate consistent and actionable master data.
- Lead the process of data governance establishing standards processes and frameworks for managing master data entities across multiple business domains including customers suppliers products and financials.
- Define key metrics for data quality accuracy and governance and work to continuously improve them.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements ensure data consistency across systems and streamline data integration processes to meet the evolving needs of internal teams.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within MDM and related data platforms.
- Communicate program updates and ensure smooth adoption of new features by internal teams.
- Own key customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for escalations ensuring quick resolutions and continuous improvement in program performance.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
