Tasks

Job Description:

• Take ownership of specific fabric-based product lines (starting with judo/karate uniforms)
• Set and uphold quality benchmarks (GSM shrinkage weave finish durability)
• Approve fabric batches and stitched products before export
• Collaborate with internal teams (weaving stitching) to maintain consistency
• Benchmark against top global brands for product quality and presentation
• Help shape new product lines: uniforms functional wear and more
• Support packaging labeling and product documentation aligned with brand vision Lead cross-functional teams in the development and enhancement of innovative products ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements for existing offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing sales and engineering to define product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and manage the product development budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial objectives.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation/Masters
• 4 to 5 Years of Experience relevant Textile industry

Must Have:

• Fluent in English language
• Ability to open markets for export
• Must have strong freight forwarding experience.
• Clear understanding and working knowledge of export processes Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or management with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively interacting with clients stakeholders and team members.
