Responsibilities:
- Running the Conference and Events kitchen like a pro
- Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including special menus following trends and demands for events
- A dietary requirements expert
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the Conference and Events kitchen
- Contributes to a safe happy and productive work environment
Control of costs wizard
About You:
- Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable)
- When the pressures on you shine even brighter handling everything with ease and grace
- Master of the clock and the clutter with flexible weekend and evening availabilities!
