Job Description
Were seeking a talented and experienced Full Time Produce Manager to join our team at our 32nd Ave S Grand Forks ND location and ensure that our produce department maintains its reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the produce department including ordering stocking and merchandising.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
Ensure that all produce is properly handled stored and rotated to maintain freshness and quality.
Train and supervise produce department staff providing guidance on product knowledge customer service and best practices.
Monitor and maintain displays to ensure they are attractive well-organized and fully stocked.
Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper sanitation procedures.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions displays and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a produce management role preferred.
Strong knowledge of fruits and vegetables including seasonality varieties and quality indicators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
