We are a GROWING Manufacturing company!
Currently we are looking to bring on a Director of Human Resources for ourPrice Utahlocation.
THIS IS NOT A 100% TRAVELLING ROLE(but will require 25%-35% travel). This is an on-site/ in-office opportunity that will require you to be local.

What you can offer:
- 10 years experience with HR Manager Duties including Compliance Benefits Payroll Employee Retention Investigation/Legal considerations.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing or construction organizations.
- Understanding of skilled labor.
- Experience working through significant growth phases and challenges associated with scaling processes software and teams.
- HR Management at a company with 500-1500 employees.
- Experience navigating a variety of challenging HR situations.
- Troubleshooting problem solving mindset.
- Excellent people skills charisma communication and ability to connect with a variety of workers from professional to front line.
