On behalf of Copenhagen Commercial Platform MARPRO Group is seeking a Head of Operations for their office in the heart of Copenhagen Denmark. You will report directly to the CEO.
Copenhagen Commercial Platform (CCP) is a forward-thinking independent platform dedicated to delivering innovative commercial and operational solutions for dry bulk shipowners. Established in 2021 CCP connects owners and charterers through a straightforward transparent platform that emphasizes decarbonization and ESG impact for each vessel.
The Role
As Head of Operations you will lead the daily management of operations foster team development and uphold high standard of efficiency - all while maintaining strong proactive communication with our clients including shipowners and charterers. You will actively participate in shaping and executing the companys strategic goals alongside the CEO and leadership team with some travel activity to be expected.
Professional Qualifications
- Passionate about shipping
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on operational experience
- Proven experience in team leadership and development
- Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to design and execute operational strategies
- Excellence in building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships that encourage recurring business
- Relevant educational background
