Job Description
Location: San Antonio TX Company: X-Technologies Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite
Job Summary
The Director of Operations will lead and optimize the day-to-day business functions of X-Technologies ensuring operational excellence across departments including Engineering Manufacturing IT Repair and Contract Services. This role is pivotal in scaling the companys infrastructure aligning cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business plans
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
Operational Oversight
- Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and quality
- Oversee customer relationships procurement and logistics
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
Team Management
- Lead and collaborate with department heads and operational staff
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
- Support hiring onboarding and professional development initiatives
Financial & Compliance
- Develop and manage budgets forecasts and cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Technology & Systems
- Evaluate and implement tools to streamline workflows and data reporting
- Oversee IT infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Support product lifecycle operations and technical support systems
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or
- related field (MBA preferred)
- 7 years of experience in operations leadership preferably in tech or manufacturing
- Proven success in scaling operations and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor) Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and Texas business regulations
