Our client is a leading education institution that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead and manage the English Department overseeing all English language programs and initiatives across the school.
Design implement and continuously improve the English curriculum to align with international education standards and student needs.
Supervise the integration of English instruction across the bilingual program ensuring consistency and quality across grade levels.
Develop and deliver extracurricular and enrichment programs that enhance students English proficiency and engagement.
Promote innovative teaching methodologies such as project-based learning inquiry-based learning and technology integration.
Oversee the development and implementation of assessment strategies to track and improve student learning outcomes.
Manage the departments budget resources and scheduling ensuring efficient operations.
Recruit mentor and evaluate English faculty providing professional development coaching and support.
Foster a collaborative professional and student-centered culture within the department.
Collaborate with other academic leaders to ensure a cohesive high-quality educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents and the broader school community about English programs progress and achievements.
Represent the department at school events meetings and community activities.
Contribute to the schools mission and vision by promoting excellence in bilingual education.
Bachelors degree in English Education Linguistics or a related field (Masters preferred).
TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
57 years of teaching experience including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior academic role.
Proven experience in curriculum design implementation and evaluation.
Background in bilingual or international school environments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of international English curriculum frameworks and assessment practices.
Familiarity with Ministry of Education and Training standards and compliance processes.
Fluent English proficiency (required); knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams motivate educators and drive continuous improvement.
