Position Overview
This position oversees responsive and engaging customer support for child care professionals as they navigate the Idaho Child Care Program ( ICCP ) and state child care licensing requirements. The Customer Support Lead is responsible for delivering efficient and effective processes using data-driven decision-making to meet licensing and ICCP retention and recruitment goals Duties include: Program Leadership and Implementation Research Partner Engagement and Communication Evaluation and Accountability Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
Experience in a customer support role At least one year of supervision experience Experience with data entry and data management systems Experience using project management software such as Smartsheet Experience with developing client-facing and internal communications Experience using computer software and applications for word processing developing spreadsheets email and internet research
