This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We re seeking a detail-oriented customer-first Remote Customer Experience Assistant to join our virtual support team. In this role you will engage with customers through email chat and phone providing accurate timely and professional support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Deliver personalized solutions by identifying and understanding each customers unique needs

  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in CRM or support systems

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues

  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service call center or virtual support roles is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly

  • Must have a reliable internet connection
