Director of Clinical Services
Woking Hospital Nursing Permanent contract Full time
Up to 75000 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Director of Clinical Services youll have a strong track record in leading and developing nursing practice. As well as a thorough understanding of evidence-based practice and the health care regulatory agenda youre able to stabilise and re-engage teams driving the standards of care.
As a Director of Clinical Services you will:
Quickly understand the clinical challenges facing our hospital and build excellent relationships with internal customers and external bodies
Ensure that we provide safe and effective care through a range of surgical and medical interventions
Deliver effective operational management and inspirational leadership
Be a role model for excellent clinical governance providing strategy and direction for our hospital
Champion improvements to clinical standards care and service across wards theatres outpatients pharmacy radiology imaging cardiology and pathology
Always be approachable and accessible to patients relatives and colleagues

Woking Hospital
Our Woking Hospital is a leading private hospital in Surrey South East England. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in our state-of-the-art facilities and CPD programme. Our specialities include Womens and Mens health Orthopaedics and Eye Care with many more available. We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre Pre-Assessment Physiotherapy clinic Onsite Pharmacy Mammography Xray and Ultrasound with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
