Position Summary
As the Administrative Director you will oversee all nonclinical operations ensuring that administrative functions scale in support of our growing clinical footprint. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will lead crossfunctional teams and implement policies processes and tools that optimize efficiency compliance and stakeholder satisfaction. Your strategic mindset and handson leadership will be critical as we continue to expand our telehealth and inperson specialty services nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Management
Develop and refine administrative policies standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
Align administrative strategy with clinical growth plans identifying opportunities for process automation and cost savings.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead mentor and evaluate administrative staff across finance HR IT support scheduling and billing.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement professional development and high employee engagement.
Financial Oversight
Collaborate with Finance to prepare and manage annual budgets forecasts and expense controls.
Monitor key financial dashboards (e.g. accounts receivable revenue cycle metrics) and propose corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (HIPAA OSHA ADA etc.) across all administrative processes.
Oversee audit readiness and remediation plans; partner with Legal and Quality teams as needed.
Technology & Systems Administration
Guide selection and rollout of administrative systems (EMRadjacent tools scheduling platforms documentation repositories).
Champion data integrity security protocols and user training initiatives.
Vendor & Stakeholder Relations
Serve as primary liaison with outsourced service providers (IT helpdesk billing vendors facilities management).
Build strong relationships with internal leaders clinical directors and external partners to align objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Health Administration Business Administration or related field. Masters degreepreferred.
Minimum of 710 years of progressive administrative leadership experience in a healthcare setting (specialty practice or hospital network).
Proven track record driving operational improvements in remote or hybrid work environments.
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations revenue cycle management and compliance frameworks.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting P&L oversight variance analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success influencing crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency with enterprise administration systems (e.g. Epic Athenahealth Kronos) and Microsoft 365 suite.
U.S. Citizenship or valid work authorization in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telehealth program administration and virtual team management.
Certification in healthcare administration or project management (e.g. CPH PMP).
Background in change management Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Prior history of leading startups or rapidgrowth healthcare ventures.

Remote Work Expectations
Maintain a reliable home office setup (highspeed internet secure workspace phone/video conferencing equipment).
Standard U.S. business hours are 8AM5PM (local time) MondayFriday; flexibility for occasional early/late calls.
Occasional travel (up to 10days/year) to regional offices or corporate leadership retreats as required.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:$125000$150000annual commensurate with experience.
