Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Capital Projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $135000 - $165000 (Annual)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Greenfield (new) construction and capital projects within regulated (GxP) manufacturing environments.
- Utilize project management methodologies and project control systems to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the design and implementation of clean utility and process utility systems ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients vendors and team members to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status and updates to senior management and report directly to the CEO.
- Prepare and present project documentation including proposals progress reports and final project summaries.
- Facilitate effective teamwork and maintain high standards of quality and safety on all projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Biochemical Engineering Biotechnology or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience specifically in managing capital projects and Greenfield construction.
- Strong experience 5 years) in project management within regulated manufacturing environments (GxP).
- Proficient understanding of clean utility and process utility systems facility design and compliance with GMP requirements.
Desired Experience:
- PMP or PE certification is preferred.
- Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry particularly Eli Lilly is a strict no-no.
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the CEO.
